Week #7

Hello again, again, again, again, again,

We've made it to 56.9k views, 21.3k downloads, and have been saved to 564 collections as of the seventh week! Additionally, we have 37 Discord members (https://discord.gg/VHUkZ7d6Fa) and 293 Deviant Art watchers (Trueflightspecials User Profile | DeviantArt).

General:

8.0 will release Sunday night/Monday morning. 7/27-7/28. I will most likely be moving to a biweekly update format going forward due to constraints on project hours.

Spent the majority of the week trying to figure out what should be next. I would like to finish the concept of hosts and the structure that goes along with it.  The monster girl host idea is currently a doll girl representing a house and the house is alive, and rooms become body parts, stomach, breasts, ass, etc. I think I can do a lot with that, but I also recognize that making it happen will be one of the more tedious tasks I've attempted. AI often does not like certain concepts because they do not make any conventional sense and this would be one of them. I think it's a great idea but it's daunting.

I feel like I need to find a better way to communicate why certain things are paused. A lot of it is just due to trying to spread out and add variety, but some of it is due to a restriction I've put on something. The moment where Sandra catches the viewer and there is an indicator that there should be another vore scene there. That could easily be just another cockvore into the second ball and done; a few lines of dialog and a couple images. My brain tells me it should be that PLUS a succubus x succubus sex scene with the two victims being sent into the second succubus. The restriction is then "which" succubus and does that succubus exist yet? TLDR, I don't think I have an appropriate succubus yet.

I want to figure out the best way to interact with the discord desire and that may change my approach to Devlogs on Ichi. 

Problems:

There is often a point in a project where the presence of too many choices or directions can create paralysis. That is how I felt this week. I let it happen, and I didn't do much to combat it. My usual approach is to just work on one piece at a time until I feel inspired one way or the other. Definitely a negative aspect that comes with a less focused project versus a project that would be only furry, human, monster, or otherwise. I do need to give myself credit as I feel I've done quite a bit over the last seven weeks.

Social obligations, I'm competing in, and losing at, a video game with someone and that takes a considerable amount of time.

Feel free to post about it wherever but I do like to be able to track metrics, including video views if you are inclined to do so. If you credit me then it's advertising. If you don't then, ultimately, I'm not trying to sell this anyway.
