Week #4

Hello again, again, again!

*This will be posted before 0.6 but know that 0.6 will be posted 6/28 or 6/29.

Wonderful turnout for 0.5; I appreciate you taking the time to view my visual novel! 

We kept a steady pace of page views and a consistent number of downloads and saves over the last week. This has been so unexpectedly successful from a metrics perspective and want you to know I really appreciate everyone.

Growth Metrics:

We've made it to 39.9k views, 12k downloads, and have been saved to 422 collections as of the fourth week!

We also have 35K views on F95zone, and 2K views on Platinmods, which users can download untracked copies from. 

*I endorse the spread of this project through safe sites. Feel free to post about it wherever but I do like to be able to track metrics, including video views if you are inclined to do so. If you credit me then it's advertising. If you don't then, ultimately, I'm not trying to sell this anyway.

General:

We are to the point we are going to actually have Succubi. Appreciate everyone's patience that may have been waiting for the cockvore or succubi to show up. I feel I've come up with a pretty good idea for integrating them beyond just "here they are." The pink/purple succubus Zara as well as Vicky, Emma, and Kat were all part of the original project idea and work. 

I changed some image practices and have done some discovery regarding what works and what doesn't so all four of them were rewritten along the way. Emma has already had some changes. Vicky has changes in 0.6 and either Zara or Kat (most likely Zara) should have changes in 0.7.  In the meantime, know that I have restructured things a bit and did work for two additional succubi during the 0.6 development.

I realized that the story that was forming was going to limit scenes into being willing/semi willing. The main character is mostly fine with what is happening, and I didn't want that to change. Worked on several other concepts for prey characters and still need to figure out a concept for "perma," but now I should be able to incorporate some more begging/unwillingness into the mix. 

I do want this to be a widespread project for vore types and interests; however, I think I will be drawing another line at feral (as well as male preds, and futa on male sex.) I did some giant crows for 0.6 (no vore) and I was thinking about it. It's horrifying, and I like that, but that's all it does for me. It's just not for me, sorry. 

Creation process was slowed a bit as I spent a lot of time reflecting on and reeling from the attention, thinking about what makes this unique, and what might make this great. I think we've got enough smut inlaid that it is time to think about fleshing out and deepening the attachment to the characters. That might be what makes this great.

In 0.7 and beyond I want to add in non-vore routes so that viewers/users can get to know the girls more. That in no way means that vore will be excluded from upcoming version updates as it is at the core of what this is about.

I am thinking that updates should potentially be something like:

1. Primary Priority of 1 new girl.
2. Secondary Priority of 1 vore addition to an existing girl.
3. Third Priority of Dates
4. Fourth Priority of Story progression and formatting.

I may deviate from above if it is effective to do so. Sometimes you just really need to do something right now while it's inspiring.

Problems:

Won't be getting a limit increase on Ichi. They have questions about my best practices regarding my file size. I definitely could change some things, but I like how things are. We are talking about 1GB more and it's just not worth the discussion. Future uploads most likely be Mega or something that are officially attached to this Ichi page.

I may not work on this next week so possibly expect the next update to be around 7/11. Unsure, holidays are what they are.
